Over the weekend, singer Spice Diana narrowly escaped a life-threatening attack after unknown assailants allegedly tried to harm her while she was on her way home.

The “Siri Regular” hitmaker revealed that although she survived the terrifying incident, she continues to receive death threats and warnings from unidentified individuals.

“I was attacked on my way back home from my pre-birthday celebrations. I was in my car with three of my friends — not at home, as some people are claiming. I’m not doing any interviews about this. I only posted about it so that in case something happens in the future, people concerned about me know where it started, because I’ve been receiving death threats and warnings,” she shared in a post on her social media pages.

Spice Diana also expressed disappointment towards some Ugandans spreading false information and mocking her ordeal, saying such negativity is deeply hurtful.

“I’ve seen some hate comments about my incident. We all know that when it comes to people in the art industry, many only believe when there’s a dead body — our lives don’t matter, everything is called a stunt. Mukama abasasire abalina endowooza eyo. #StillGratefulForLife,” she added.

Despite the trauma, Spice Diana remains thankful for her safety and continues to call for positivity and compassion from her fans and the public.
