Popular TikToker Luwilight has spoken out following her release from Luzira Prison, saying her stay behind bars turned out to be a positive experience, it has emerged.
Luwilight was on Wednesday released after court dropped cyber harassment and computer misuse charges that had been brought against her.
The TikToker had earlier been arrested over alleged derogatory comments directed at Zuena, wife to singer Bebe Cool, and her business.
Speaking on her TikTok account, Luwilight narrated her journey, revealing that prison life was not as harsh as she had anticipated.
“Luzira hasn’t really treated me badly as I expected. I have met people, gained much in relation to Islamic faith, it has been a positive response. I have really gained much knowledge and experience,” she explained.
She further clarified that she does not run a Facebook page bearing her names and distanced herself from any content posted on it.
