Radio personality and podcaster Doreen Nasasira has revealed that she turned down a reported Shs360 million offer from a wealthy man seeking to win her affection, saying she finds it unattractive when men use money to pursue her.

Nasasira said her inbox is often flooded with messages from young men asking for a chance to date her, with some insisting that they can handle her despite their age difference.

She questioned what some of the men meant when they claimed they could handle her, before revealing that a wealthy man had recently approached her with a substantial financial offer.

“I didn’t say I was searching, but a sugar daddy is in there, and he recently approached me with money. I don’t know why some men front money because, for me, it’s a turnoff. He told me he had Shs360 million for me to say yes to him,” she said.

Nasasira explained that she rejected the offer because she suspected the man might have been trying to prove something to his friends rather than pursuing a genuine relationship.

“Maybe he wanted to use me as a bet to win among his boys that he can get me at Shs360 million? I can’t accept that,” she added.

The podcaster said she prefers a traditional approach to dating, where a man takes time to know her, builds a connection gradually and allows the relationship to develop naturally.

“I reject such approaches for health reasons, and also I like the old-school kind of vibing, where you take me process by process, go on dates, hug, kiss… like that,” she said.

Nasasira has recently attracted attention for her outspoken views on relationships and men’s financial status, including her comments about not wanting to date financially unstable men.
