Fille Mutoni, populary know by just Fille, gave birth to her baby Kisakye Bwiza Israel about 5 months ago. Israel is now all grown up and health.
Fille took to his Facebook fan page and shared a cute photo of herself and Israel and captioned it "Kajambo from us....".
