Nakacwa Milliam a.k.a African Black Shakirah (Senga Milly) she was born in 1991.She is a born of Mityana District-Katakala Gogonya,she went to Katakala Primary School ,later she joined Mityana SS, She is a married lady with kids.
she started her music carrier in 2003,where she produced a song known as Tomulumya mu Love under the Management of Dr.Tender,she is a radio presenter at 88.1 signal fm in Mbaale district,not only that she is also branded her self a new stage name knowns Senga Milly ,after discovering her self that she can council married people when they have got missunderstandings.She has songs like,Tukuume Obuwangwa,Ekibuuzzo Ky'abakyaala,and Temunsoboola.
