Alfa-Alfa musicIf you’ve heard of the album "Rozpryagayte Hloptsi konnie" You will then immediately think of Group Alfa-Alfa.Group Alfa-Alfa is originally from Uganda (East Africa), they are based in Ukraine Kharkov.The group’s main two members are Michael Bawakana and Becky Adong as the rest of the group are dancers and backup singers.Alfa-Alfa originally started as a Hip-hop group with a set of four guys but because of ups and downs and miss understandings, the group broke up. Michael didn’t give up nor did he stop because the rest of the group had stopped .He went ahead and started from fresh, because it was and is what he had always wanted to do. His life is Music and also duo to public demand Alfa-Alfa (Michael) didn’t wait for any more time for the rest of the boys to get back. He decided to add a girl (Becky) and also change their course of music to pop.In 2006 the first Alfa-Alfa album"Rozpryagayte Hloptsi konnie" was released with the help of Freestyle Artwork and Moon-Records .The group did not only stop there but went ahead and began to record and write down new tracks in styles of disco , RnB, Reggae, soca, dancehall, African lounge etc. At concert appearances, group Alfa- Alfa often presents four blocks –namely; the danceable Ukrainian folk songs in the Ukrainian traditional costumes, an African block, with folk African dances, drums and costumes, the twist and expressive disco-pop used for setting fire in style of 80s, and RnB or reggae. Alfa –Alfa has 3 official music videos namely; Rozpryagayte Hloptsi konnie, "Solnishka" and the newest is Aborigeni.Group Alfa Alfa will be releasing an album titled “ABORIGENI” with over 15 songs.The group says "When you record anything, you have to live with it a long time. Ask any of the artists out there. They will let you know what we mean.”
