He was born on 4th June 1996 and raised in Kakiika, Mbarara District, where his love for music began at a young age. He completed his primary education at Rugaaga Primary School and later joined Mbarara Modern Secondary School, where his musical abilities continued to develop through school performances and creative exploration. On 15th October 2012, Allan officially embarked on his professional music career, adopting the stage name Allan Skills. Since then, he has dedicated himself to refining his sound, blending creativity with authentic storytelling inspired by real-life experiences and Ugandan culture.
