Uganda is described by best talented musicians in the World & Among them here comes  Apostle Serious B Baker a musician who was born in western Uganda, Isingiro district but now based in capital city of western Uganda which is mbarara city. He started music in 2014 with the song titled Otabitina which was done in studio called Hills Production a mbarara based studio, He is also A servant of God in the church called A Rise & Shine Christian Ministries a church found in Mbarara Kakoba.

He has done more good songs including Otabitina, Nyebembera, Urimana Nzinza, Tusime Ruhanga, Ndagushima Imana and many others.
