Ssegawa Ashiraf is a  Ugandan recording artist better known as "Ashipro Ug" who resigns around Makindye areas. Ashipro came to earth on 08.05.1998 in Kayunga Bugerere. He(Ashipro) is also a better dancer under the umbrella of Maanyi clan Africa a well known performing group of dancers.

Ashipro went to Katwe primary school in Makindye. He went on streets of Kampala after the failure of his fees being paid. With God's mercy Ashi got a performing group of dancers known as Dream talent of which after wards he joined Tendo group, then Athena network Uganda. After all those Ashi group a great group known as Maanyi Clan Africa where he performed greatly to his fullest.

His debut came in 2017 with "Tebasoboka"  under Athena group. His other songs followed including maama, djembe dance,kasimati, Gwenekutte,Bujja which was a breakthrough hit under Money works management with Chosen K and Chemical beats as the producers.

The song made him booked by another management of Sam. Ashipro has performed on many occasions including Mutesa pro festival,Total festival etc.

As a dancer he collected a lot of prizes like in the Dance off competition and many others.
