Born on 23 Aug 1995 as Masaba Ivan, Ayvan Mvn  grew up in his birthplace, mbale. He was born to Mr Masuba James and Mrs Masuba juliet. He went to Northroad primary school (2009) and  joined mbale senior secondary school(2013) for his o.level. He later went to Mount Masaba high school(2015) for his A.level. Ayvan Mvn is a student at Islamic university in Uganda and pursing bachelor's degree in development studies.  Ayvan doesn't have any musical background but his love of music emerged in 2016 and by 2017 he made his first Audio featuring Amos beats which he never pushed and in 2018 he did his second song titled This is Ugand a cover of This is America. He went on and released another song titled How we dance
