C4C (Crazy for Christ) is a gospel crew or band dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Christ through dance, song and drama. Started in 2018, C4C was just 5 high school kids who believed in taking the message of Jesus from church buildings to the rest of the world through dance, song and drama. We started performing at local church events, high school rallies and just about anywhere we could share our message. As we’ve grown by God’s grace, we have been invited to dance and sing at National Youth Conventions, High School Praise Rallies and we continue to reach out to our local community. It has always been about more than just dancing. C4C’s desire is to and disciple others, just as Jesus did. We want to raise up performers with hearts for the lost so that they may live in a way that speaks the message of salvation to their peers. Our crew meets twice a week to rehearse and to be trained and equipped as we grow together toward God. As we have grown, we remain focused on our mission of using the gifts God has given us to share His message. We currently have 15 dancers and several team leaders who travel with us and support us spiritually and financially. We also have C4C High School Programmes through which we train young men and women to share God’s word through dance, song and drama. Currently we are working with Vision for Africa High School – Nakifuma: a first growing modern secondary school in Uganda where we have a team of thirty vibrant young men and women with avid desire to talk about God. What we do As a gospel crew, we help communities around us and beyond to get a deeper meaning and understanding of Christ through dance, song and drama. We visit schools, colleges, universities and churches spreading the word. Our shows are very electric and entertaining, yet free of charge because our ultimate aim is to turn as many as we can to God. Halleluiah!! The songs we sing have strong messages of salvation, reconciliation, love and care for our brothers. Jesus, in His ministry, teaches us to love one another as He has loved us. John 13: 34 – 35. What kind of music we sing We sing gospel music in African zouk style basically. We also have a few ragga, raggae and dance-hall pieces but all characterized by gospel messages.
