Chief D is a Ugandan singer, Instrumentalist, song writer, dancer and an audio producer. Discovered at the age of 7years by a choriograher Kalinimi Ben a leader of a dance crew Kidpower by then. After  Kidpower ended, All the members engaged in different activities such as music, sports, law, fashion, business, pastoring among others.

Meanwhile, Chief D aka Ali Danton Amwiine decided to  pursue audio  production and songwriting during his Advanced level of high school. After archieving a certificated UACE results of 2019-2020, Chief D decided to venture fully into his music career as a gosel musician under the management of Escape records manager known as Wiz V.
