Chris j aka wicky(real names munguchi christopher) is a ugandan singer, song writer and trainer. Born in oluodri in the outskirts of Aria town in 1991. Chris .j. Started his music career as early as during his school days at bishop  Angelo tarantino . because of his passion for music and how he could go about his art, he was elected the entertainment prefect during his second year of study. 

During his early days in the industry, chris j attended baimba festival, acountry wide talent search, in Arua in 2008 and during the  festival, he caught the attention of the organizers and was subsequently recruited to born fire entertainment owned and managed by Ugly Mc. Because of his new venture he had to relocate from Arua to Kampala  since the label activities were mostly done at national theater in kampala. It was not until 2008 that chris j released his debut single titled Sina Haraka. This song tohether with the video recieved massive air play in west nile and greater part of northern uganda .this plat form was exploited by chris j  as he went on to release numerous trucks which became big hits in town  most notably juakali and onduparaka goloo. Chris j has also worked with various producers in numerous studios which include but not limited to, piapia of Arua's jomic  and producer jox  of O records who shot to prominence when he produced captain Dollar's emesse song that went on to rock the air waves.
Later, chris j ventured in to business for a while before rebranding him self and teaming up with Chandiru leila, a famous west nile artist. This  became a new chapter in chris j's music career as the two experienced artists,  working together, released a song titled Agupi Mani( a lugbara dialect meaning my man) which has since become a club anth in most of the night clubs in Arua and other parts of  west nile. The new alliance, given the massive air play received by Agupi Mani, spells success for the dynamic duo. The two artists have since now joint talents to work under one label called War Music Entertainment.
