City Mowula AKA Sserwanga Davis was born and raised in Kamwokya Kampala, had studies in Immaculate heart Primary School and later went to Green Valley High School For O And Olevel. In 2018, he joined church choir and later in 2019 eventually turned to the Secular Musician where he got lots of vibes to exhibit in Dancehall, Afrobeats, RNB and More Genres.
