DADDI WISE  aka Kule Mugisa Wise is a ugandan musician Born in fortportal raised up in Bundibugyo-western uganda but currently  based in kampala. He is a flexible artiste who does a variety of music genres ranging from hip hop, dancehall, afrobeat and RnB. He is a graduate from Bugema university with a bachelor's degree in community development.
