Divine Rogers was born as Musisi Rogers to miss Babirye Betty and Mr Bukenya Edward of Kayunga District.

Divine Rogers was born on 3-june-1994 raised and grew up from Kayunga Bugerere Central Uganda

His early school life

Divine Rogers went to Bulando primary school where he sat his Primary Leaving Examinations in 2007

Later he joined Baale Secondary School for his Ordinary level and completed his UCE in 2011

Divine Rogers joined Nakyessa Secondary School and completed his advanced level in 2013 which he passed with flying colours.

Later in 2015 he joined Markland Business Institute Kayunga compass he got a certificate in........ he upgraded to diploma for two years 2016 & 2017 and graduated in Diploma in Public Administration and management (DPAM)

Music journey 

While in Primary school at Bulando he used to engage in the school choir and in the church choir in a church known as St. Augustine Catholic church and since he had a talent he practiced music Dance and Drama during his primary school that gradually helped him build his musical career and help in shaping his talent.

When he joined Secondary School known as Baale Secondary School for his Ordinary level he mainly focused on studies and music during this time he didn't give it time however he could sit down and composed songs especially derived and inspired by the environment he lived in and the life challenges he faced all gave him a ground to be in position to compose songs. But since he was less inspired by the parents and friends arround him, he put music a side and he concentrated on studies.

God helped him and he completed his Ordinary level successfully

Divine Rogers joined Nakyessa  secondary school a Pentecostal school for his advanced in 2012 level and from here he learnt to play a piano and performed live church hymns that enabled him to attain the knowledge of performing live music.

He loved so much gospel music hence the name DIVINE and took it as his musical name that even came to be his name everywhere.

He completed his advanced level successfully.

In 2017 Divine started his talent career to build it and for God's grace he met Mzee Seresite Kasule of Lion k stars on a certain show they had held in Kayunga where Divine was given a chance to perform live his UN recorded songs that the audience were amazed and loved his wonderful performance and song lyrics this made Mzee Kasule call him and talked to him about his talent and of joining Lion K stars that Divine saw as a bigger step to build his career, he accepted the offer and later Divine met Mzee Kasule at DMS records in Makindye.

He was welcomed to lion k stars and stayed with them for a couple of months later he moved out for some challenges

He went ahead in 2018 and recorded his first song titled AFRICA which he recorded at Zion studios and produced by Gad Producer and later he wrote a song titled LETTER that based on a true story of a girl who wrote a love letter to Him (Divine Rogers) and he's yet to do more and more songs a fresh talent being inspired by many fresh talents in the Ugandan music industry and make it to the top.
