Members of Parliament on the Public Accounts Committee-PAC are alarmed by the overwhelming numbers of patients, poor state, and quality of services delivered at Mbale Regional Referral Hospital.  The legislators were in the hospital on Monday and Tuesday to follow up on some of the issues raised in the Auditor General’s Report.

The delegation led by Dr Emmanuel Batibwe, the Hospital Director was appearing before PAC to answer to audit queries raised in the Auditor General’s reports for financial years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018.
