Dusta Rah original name Mpata Sulaiman is a Ugandan dancehall artist, Song writer and a politician born from Mayuge in the Eastern part Uganda. 

He is born to the family of Mr Batuli Ayub (Dondolo) a business man and farmer.

He was born and raised from Mayuge district in Busoga Sub region.
