Wagisha Emma born October 17, 1989, in Mbale, Uganda is a singer-songwriter. Dutty Skipper has enjoyed tremendous success on both the Reggae and Dance hall music charts. He is a highly versatile dance hall reggae artiste who performs three different genres of music. Dutty Skipper grew up in both Mbale & Kampala, where he was raised by his mother, and began singing in school as a child. The vocal talents of Dutty Skipper have been noted since he started a Music label known as K-ZONE MUSIC.
