I am Ghettoo Uppgrade aka Kakookolo a young rapper from the slums of Makindye. I am able to rap in four Languages; English, Luganda, Kiswahili and Runyakitara. I am a Hip Hop based artiste and my journey dates way back in 2009 when I first heard a Hip-hop song named "I'll be above" by Maino featuring T-pain. From then I  have always loved to do exactly that and in 2014 I started downloading beats and recording my vocals on them majorly in English then 2015 I recorded my first song "Trap Akoona" in Luganda. 2016 I worked on more songs but it was more of me and my hommies in 2017 I featured on two songs: The Show Off Hommy Remix by Arch O'ck and No Favours by Nick Box both are English tracks.

I won the MTN cypher in December 2017 and I used the prize money to purchase some studio equipment and now I can fully produce my own songs!  I have released a couple of freestyles and free beats since then. Officially Nusu Bibiri is my First Song and from there the potential is limitless.
