Hangijo Kephas commonly known by his stage name "Ghettopa" was born in slums of Naguru located in Kampala Uganda, Ghettopa started his music journey at school called St.Johns Sch - Intebetebe in Bweyogerere, through battles held at school and could always win all the challengers then after school he started writing music and did his first recorded song titled "Vaayo" in 2015 that went viral after release, Ghettopa is general in music and versatile as well.
