He's the 5th son-born of Mr Mutabazi Julius & Mrs Namata Rose.
Herbie Kay attended Jetvalley nur & primary school and he was very brilliant which made him top the class through.Herbie Kay was very quiet and upto now people say he doesnt talk alot.
After his primary,He joined Panyadoli Self Help secondary School for his 0-Level education.
