She is a born of Masaka  .

HIGH TOWER went to St.Joseph primary school and later StJohns Secondary school In Masaka.

In Order  to earn a living, She gained the knowledge of Hair dressing, Carpentry and building  .

She is one of the daughters of Mrs Josephine Nalongo (mother) She is a Twin Sister of Twin Rania.
