Hillat Beta Born to the lates  Louis and Margaret Kamugisha, Hillat Beta is a young Ugandan Afro pop artiste who started his singing carrier in school at Boston High located in Entebbe -Mpala and later joined a church quoir at Riverside in Nakuwadde Bulenga Wakiso district from where he decided to go sorrow.  Rising steadily, the 23 year old Hillat Beta performs on every events.
