Hm Toffa, whose real name is Ouma Isaac Toffa, is a Ugandan singer, songwriter, and teacher by profession. He is widely recognized for his unique ability to sing in more than three languages.

Born on August 14, 1993, in Namayingo District, eastern Uganda, Hm Toffa developed a passion for music at an early age. Inspired by his father — a music lover who often bought record tapes to play at home — Toffa began singing at the age of 12. His professional music journey officially started in 2015, marking the beginning of his path in Uganda’s vibrant music industry.
