Ssempala Richard aka J Brian was born in November 24 - 1996 by mr Mpanga John and mrs Hafuswa Namakula in Namutamba, Mityana District. Ssempala John is a muganda by tribe 'Fumbe' clan, Catholic by religious and started schooling at Kitemu primary school and finished senior four at Kitemu Secondary school. 

J Brian is a musician who sings rnb,Afrobeat, 'Kadongo Kamu' etc.
