Julius Tinkasimire with a stage name Julius Willy is a male, Ugandan gospel artist born on 17th January 1994 in Migina Kiruhura District (Western Uganda ) . He went to Nkungu primary school, Kabuga parents' secondary school where he completed his ordinary level. He went to Kamwenge secondary school where he completed his advanced level of education.
He is a born again Christian, he started singing when he was schooling and he made his first audio with Blusky studios Kampala.
His aim is to spread the word of God to end parts of the world through music.
