Rubangakene Stephen Jeffrey (born February 02, 1992) is a Ugandan rapper, singer & songwriter. born and raised in the city of Northern Uganda, ( Gulu, Uganda ) kjeff initially gained recognition as a singer & rapper following the release of his Single KUMI KUMI featuring Nyinga Blamo, in early 2018.
