Ntalo Hassan born October 16, 1990, in Luwero, Uganda is a singer-songwriter. Luis Ntalo has enjoyed tremendous success on both the Ragga and Zouk music charts. He is a highly versatile Zouk artiste who performs four different genres of music. Luis Ntalo grew up in Kampala, where he was raised by his father and mother, and began singing in church as a child. The vocal talents of Luis Ntalo have been noted since his humble beginnings.
