M16 Musasapole is a performing Ugandan artist, song writer and a politician from Bundibugyo District. He's Currently under Anato Events Management. Real names Kabagambe Estance, born on 24th/09/1996 to his late father Anatosi Kyomuhendo and mother Mbambu Ellen.

M16 Musasapole started his music journey in 2012 after joining high school at Semuliki High School with a song tilted Mr Deejay produced by JB records in 2013 under Big Empire Group with Cool Gnos, which became a hit in the district. 

He is currently the General secretary of Bundibugyo District Musicians Association (BDMA).
