Born Joseline Mianah Afekuru, on 17th March 1987 in Kampala, she is a Ugandan Reggae/Ragga/Dancehall/Afro beats artiste, dancer and song writer currently signed to INFINIT3 PowerHouse and managed by Blue Strings Entertainment. Afekuru was always Destined for the entertainment industry as she started performing for crowds as early as 7years old and all through her primary and secondary school times, always involved in her schools' Music, Dance and Drama competitions, school concerts and talent shows. In 2004, after finishing her 'O' level at Entebbe Secondary School, she took a break from school and joined a dance crew run by Ddolibondo (a popular comedian in Kampala), which she was a part of for about a year. In 2005 she joined another dance crew called Ever Blazing Crew. She wasn't there for long either as she later joined City Rock Crew. In 2008 she took a break from the industry to go back to school. She joined Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga and completed her 'A' level in 2010. Later that year, she was contracted as a backup dancer to Sera, a popular recording artiste at the time. She danced with Sera on a number of events and concerts including Miss Uganda 2010. Between 2011 and 2016 she decided to pursue music as a career and recorded a couple of songs which included, 'Range Rover' in 2014 and 'Ebintu Byo' in 2016. Towards the end of November 2018, her talents as a singer were noticed by Tamale Kawagga (C.E.O Blue Strings Ent. and her current manager) and Ras_Innow and consequently introduced to Andrew Kyalwazi a.k.a 'Skinnie' (C.E.O Infinit3 PowerHouse) who after being impressed by her abilities, offered her her first recording contract.
