Nak Nowel is a Ugandan singer - songwriter born Dec 25th ,1996.

 

As a youth, she developed a huge desire for Afro and R&B music after getting a standing ovation from the judges on a talent show at" Auto spa" Munyonyo and an appreciation tip from a generous socialite "Jackson Akim Pemba "who promised to take her to studio before the first corona pendamic lockdown.

 

She was inspired by Norwegian famous pop singer Angelina Jordan, Uganda's Naava Grey, Azawi , King Saha, Maurice Kirwa, Brenda Fassie ,Davido, Whitney Houston ,Tatiana Manois , and Michael Jackson's songs for social change.

 

She started singing at the age of 4 at school but this dream was shuttered after her mother's death. She's a big lover of the 90's music and a huge fan of women football.

She featured in Kabaka's birthday song video of young rapper Felista de superstar .

 

She's a self driven singer who writes her songs basing on her personal life and builds her fanbase through social media with songs like "Don't stop" and "Love eno".

 

Currently, she records with Temperature Touch and Naithan Pro and plans to release new singles and do more song covers.
