OQ Richard originally born Bagaba Richard is A Singer of Dancehall in Western Uganda born in Ibanda District.

He was born talented as he was able to sing in parties at schools during A Level until he seriously joined music in 2016.

He is now classified as one of Super Talented singers in the region with a big song named First time I saw you a song that have made all ladies around town dance.

He is singing in Super Music Ent.
