Omukama Ness is a male Ugandan  artist from Mbarara city in western  Uganda  born on 17 Nov 1996 .He is a song writer as well as a recording artist..doing  RnB, Zouk and Afro pop with songs like Ninkukunda munonga and omusinziy.
