Opio Innocent a.k.a Opips Hino is a musician from Kotido one of the districts of Karamoja sub-region in Uganda aged 25 years.Opips Hino is a professional teacher currently attached to Kotido Mixed Primary School having completed his PLE,UCE & Grade III teaching certificate at Kotido Army Primi School, Kotido Secondary School & Kotido Primary Teacher's College respectively.Opips Hino rose to fame in the music industry with his hit single "Ateile" that caught the airwaves all over Karamoja.
