Papy Kikuni Victor Aka Papsher Artist Musician and Dancer from Congo Based in Uganda And Confounder of The Base Music. I am Passionate about music since very young, that’s why I define Music as my only way talk about myself to world.

My all source of inspiration from all things live around me I sing about my life my story and my society. Through my music, I specifically send messages about happiness, love, peace, understanding each other, supporting each other and building a more peaceful future together.

As an African boy, I like to keep my originality, thus I do afrobeat, ndombolo (Lingala) Dancehall and Rap Hip-hop.

To this day, I’ve recorded eight songs, 3 of them have videos that are linked below. I have a Youtube channel that I use promote my music. My latest song is BIGAMBO. It has been produced by DOCH Music, its audio is attached here below and its video is coming soon.
