Pert Lovnz (real name Kibalama Meddy, born 5th February 1998 in Lutunda Village, Kanyanya – Kawempe Division, Kampala) is a fast-rising Ugandan artist whose music fuses Afro Dancehall, Afrobeat, Reggae, and R&B.

From an early age, he developed a passion for music, writing songs and performing during his school years. In 2025, he officially launched his career with the release of his debut single “Ngamba” (produced by Hecto on the Beat), which showcased his distinctive Afro Dancehall storytelling and marked his entry into the Ugandan music scene.

Recognized for his versatility across genres and his energetic delivery, Pert Lovnz creates music that inspires, entertains, and resonates with audiences both locally and internationally. With “Ngamba” as his breakthrough, he is paving the way for a promising career as one of Uganda’s emerging voices in modern Afro-fusion.
