Nviiri Azaliya Julius a.k.a Prison Culture is an afrobeat artist from Uganda. Born of Kitayunjwa Subcounty, Budhatemwa Parish, Busuubo Bugaga village of Kamuli district. Born on 14th July 2001. He attended Nabirumba P/S for his Primary Education and Bugabula SSS for his Secondary School Education. He is the first of four siblings all born to Mr Waiswa Anthony and Mrs. Namaganda Rose Betty. He discovered his music abilities way back in primary while participating in choir. In 2023, he recorded his first single entitled, “Nambo’’. In 2024 he teamed up with Music Producer Romeo BEATS who produced for him two songs namely “Nsubiza” and “Ondikumutima” in 2025 respectively. These two songs changed his career and introduced him to various audiences. Prison Culture is self managed and he dreams to make it big in the industry.
