Rwothomio Rogers professionally known as SMILEZ is a Zouk, Dancehall and Afro artist who hails from Nebbi district in Westnile, Uganda.

He was born in 1995 in Nebbi district, Parombo Sub-county. He attended his primary education at Parombo P/S and joined Erussi SS for his secondary education. He then completed his higher education at Ora Technical College,Warr in Zombo district. SMILEZ started his music career in the year 2020 and is currently under his own label called Smilez-Music (SM).
