Ochar Joseph is a Ugandan hiphop  and afro music artist professionally known as San Jose. He  was born in Tororo District in 1999. He grew up in a Kampala suburb known as Mbuya with his Dad. San Jose experienced a lot of things in his life that many people in general couldn't even imagine during his childhood years.

He got a chance of being sponsored by a church for his education status.
