Talunga Linda, better known by her stage name Shaggy Wayz, is an emerging Ugandan artist from the Bukedi region in Kibuku district.

A trained nurse who obtained a certificate in nursing, Linda later joined the Uganda Police Force, balancing her career in public service with her passion for music.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she began exploring her musical talent and initially planned to record her first song, but various constraints delayed the project. It was only toward the end of 2025 that she finally released her debut breakthrough single titled "Anyilila".

As a multifaceted and determined woman, Shaggy Wayz represents resilience and creativity, blending her professional life with her growing presence in the Ugandan music scene.
