Angois Stephen also known as Spine Angs was born on the 4th June 1987.

He is a singe, song writer and a music composer hailing from Eastern Uganda.

Growing up at Tororo Diocese Communication center in Mbale, he was exposed to media equipment making him have a wife range of  knowledge on their operation at an early age.
