Star Habiibz aka Finest Icon – born Mwesigye Habibu is a prolific multi-talented African hip-hop artiste/rapper, songwriter, events mc, actor, and filmmaker raised in Kampala-Uganda (E.Africa).

He acts with Zubair Family - a household name & award winning Film Company in Uganda. Namely; acted in ‘’Ndi mulokore/I’m a born again, Kamu kamu – a current TV series on BBS TV Uganda to name but a few.

He’s a solo musician who made his major exposure of music career in 2017 with a single ‘’Mbahi booty’’- a song that introduced him on the entertainment platform. Later releasing ‘’Ekibaala’’ video featuring Famous Ug – a collaboration song that earned massive airplays on both radio & TV stations national wide. Such credit inspired him to champion the music industry with songs like; Zero to hero, Knowing you ft. Makerere University All-stars, Books never lie, among other songs. 

He is the brand ambassador of Hunger Fighters Uganda (HFU) – NGO fighting hunger among vulnerable locals in Uganda.

Education; A student of Makerere University pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences (Psychology, Sociology) 

Exposure & recognition; Information minister of E.African Community students at Makerere University 2016 (MUEACSA), writer ‘’knowing you’’ – farewell song of Makerere University grandaunts 2015/17 to name but a few.

Sir Habiibz is also the C.E.O of ‘’Yalabana’’ – literally meaning ‘’Oh my God’’ a project aimed at inspiring & educating the public especially the vulnerable community about their human rights through entertainment.

Though a star is humbled with a cocktail of lyrical rhymes & prophetic poetry that heal a fragile heart.
