TMB Hgher Level born Safari Rukoza on the 1st of January in Kisoro Uganda is a male afro dancehall and RnB artist.

TMB grew up in Nansana , Kampala in a Christian family and started his singing in 2019. Because of his unique vocal ability TMB decided to create a live band called the LEVO BAND which up to date performs at various functions and shows

In 2020 TMB released his first song called take you home produced by Ricko and because it had great appreciation he released another song called Baby girl.

TMB then decided to work on collaboration with reknown upcoming artist called EEZZY on a song called Zzina produced by Ricko

Besides music TMB is a reknown business man.
