is a music group of 4 talented male singers, Defector, Uri K, Rasta Mateeka and Rasta Makabona based in Kamuli district. These promising music stars hail from Mbulamuti Subcounty, Lugoloile Parish , Busuuyi Village. Team Swaga Boys was formed 1 year ago under self management, producing a couple of songs together until their breakthrough hit Try Me which hit the local waves and caught everyone’s attention making a lot of fans love them.The group never stopped making good music, they went ahead producing other hits like Forever , Nyamba, Nkwendha and many others.These four guys are blood cousins. so finding out about their musical talent was easier. They started by miming in the year 2018 at local pubs. This gave them courage to write and record their own songs. Team Swaga Boys comprises of  Kaziro Magidu (Defector) , Idudhe Esau (Uri K), Ngobaita Siragi (Rasta Mateeka) and Ngobaita Siragi N (Rasta Makabona). Their music dream came to life when they met Busoga’s celebrated Audio producer and vocalist Romeo Beats. He is at the centre of their music success.According to the singers, their main goal is to become big artistes that can inspire the young generation. Just like any other upcoming musicians, they too wish to do collabos with certain big artistes in the industry..Talking about challenges they have faced so far in the industry, the Try Me hit makers revealed how they find it hard to promote themselves due to lack of enough funds, and whoever wants to promote their music, would ask for money. They also added that the Ugandan DJ’s play a lot of foreign music which affects the Ugandan music and theirs at large.
