Pavin Winnie (thee optimist) is an Ugandan artist, singer, songwriter, radio presenter, and talk show host whose voice carries both melody and meaning. With over three years on radio, she has built her craft around connection using vibe, insight, and a carefully curated sound to speak directly to the heart of her audience. She earned national recognition as a Top 10 finalist in Next Media’s Next Big Voice competition, Season One.

Pavin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure & Hospitality Management from Makerere University. Her time at university shaped her leadership as much as her art. She was crowned Miss Rising Woman in Hospitality Mubs , a title that reflects her drive to rise and lead, and in 2024 she was honored as Best in Talent in her class for her dedication to performance and creativity.
