Tracy Noel (Born Birungi Noel Tracy on 20th December 1993) is a Ugandan singer/songwriter from Kampala, Uganda. Tracy has performed with and backed up artistes like Irene Ntale, Fefe Busi, Jamal, Rema among others.

Tracy joined the music industry in 2015 when she participated in and made it as a finalist in the 3rd season of the CocaCola Rated Next competition. She followed this success with the release of her first single Kasita, and went on to become a regular performer with city bands Ivuga and Urban Soul.

Her musical style is multi-faceted featuring styles such as RnB, Reggae, Soul and Zouk.
