Ssejjengo Simon also known as Voco Wisper was born on the 2nd of February in 1999 in the Suburbs of Kampala Uganda, Mutundwe Kisigula.

In high school, he often Participated in Singing and dancing and this inspired him to pursue music.

 Year later after high school,he decided to test the uncharted water of his music career and officially. 

He released his first(Single) song "Nantongo" made an impact on his music career and Voco has released many other tracks"Omuti. Princess Diana Mbabazi and more...

He released singles that have won him popular acclaim, as a   vocalist from East Africa.
