Winter Saifah a.k.a Mugisha Ismail is a Ugandan afro beat artist. He was born in 1999 to Mrs. Grace K in Fortportal. He went to Wisdom primary school, Kibibi muslim ss and Westville High School for his High school. The passion for music started when he was young being inspired by Dr Jose Chameleone. He started singing in S.3. He recorded his first song ‘I need you’ featuring Diin Wiz. He has also recorded other songs with his current production “Super Hero” produced by Zackbeats. He is signed under SYFY Magic Ent.
