He is a Ugandan musician, music writer who plays all kinds of music His real name is Atubangire Emmanuel born 25 December 2002  kagazi kitagwenda at 6am prompt. He is well known by his stage name wizzy Raygar but most people know him as bad wizzy which he acquired from school. He grew up with his grandmas Oliver and peragia after the separation of his parents who are Tuhaire Robert and Atuha Immaculate also the pure products of kitagwenda.He went to Nsangi parents primary school in wakiso then from there he went Buryansugwe secondary School for O and A levels
